All visitors traveling to the Republic of Uganda are advised to:

Hold a Passport with a validity of not less than 6 months at the time of application for the visas
Apply for visas prior to travel for all those countries that require entry visas to the Republic of Uganda: https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=list+of+visa+requirement+for+uganda
Delegates from countries that do not have reciprocal visa exemption arrangements with the Republic of Uganda are advised to apply for visas online at https://visas.immigration.go.ug/ and will receive an approval notification after which the visas will be endorsed in their passports at the point of entry.
Have proof of Yellow Fever Vaccination at the point of entry into Uganda.
Have proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or valid Negative PCR Test taken 72 hours before arrival into Republic of Uganda.
Delegates from countries that do not have reciprocal visa exemption arrangements with the Republic of Uganda are advised to apply for visas online at (www.visas.immigration.go.ug) and will receive an approval notification after which the visas will be endorsed in their passports at the point of entry.

Hold a Passport with a validity of not less than 6 months at the time of application for the visas;

Delegates from countries that do not have reciprocal visa exemption arrangements with the Republic of Burundi are advised to apply for visas online at (https//migration.gov.bi/apply/step1/2) and will receive an approval notification after which the visas will be endorsed in their passports at the point of entry.
Have proof of Yellow Fever Vaccination at the point of entry into the Republic of Burundi.
Have proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or a valid Negative PCR Test taken 72 hours before arrival into the Republic of Burundi.

Have proof of Yellow Fever Vaccination at the point of entry into the Republic of Kenya.
Have proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or valid Negative PCR Test taken 72 hrs before arrival into the Republic of Kenya.

All visitors traveling to the Republic of Rwanda are advised to:

Hold a Passport with a validity of not less than 6 Months at the time of application for the visa.
Citizens of all countries are allowed to get visas upon arrival without prior application.
To enter Rwanda, a Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is not required for travelers (Residents / Non-Residents) coming from Yellow Fever non-endemic countries and without an active transmission outbreak of Yellow Fever.
Rwanda no longer requires proof of a negative COVID-19 test before arrival into Rwanda.
